Malaysia-China tech ties take centre stage as the three-day showcase draws over a hundred exhibitors to WTCKL.

KUALA LUMPUR, 10 July – The 7th OCTF (Kuala Lumpur) Intelligent Technology Exhibition officially opened today at Hall 4, World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL), bringing together leading technology companies, innovators, manufacturers and business leaders from Malaysia and China.
The three-day exhibition, running from 10 to 12 July 2026, showcases the latest advancements in smart technology, consumer electronics, artificial intelligence (AI), smart manufacturing, healthcare technology and industrial innovation. More than a hundred exhibitors are taking part, opening the door to cross-border business collaboration and technology exchange.
The opening ceremony was officiated by Tan Sri Low Kian Chuan, Chairman of the Malaysia-China Business Council, who used his keynote address to underline the importance of strengthening Malaysia-China economic cooperation through innovation, investment and technology.
“In order to capture people’s hearts, we should cooperate with the overseas Chinese chambers. By building bridges, we can foster stronger exchanges between technology, industries and communities,” he said during the opening ceremony.
