Kuala Lumpur, Jan 14— Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim expressed concern and extended prayers for Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei Darussalam, who is scheduled to undergo medical treatment soon. In his message, Anwar wished the Sultan lasting health and protection under Allah SWT, while hoping His Majesty continues to lead Brunei with wisdom and prudence.
Anwar said “I pray His Majesty is granted prolonged health and remains under Allah’s protection. May His Majesty continue to govern Brunei Darussalam with wisdom and sound judgment.”
The post underscored Malaysia’s close ties with Brunei, reflecting solidarity and respect between leaders of both nations.
