KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 26 – Enforcement, Leadership and Management University (ELMU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Jobstore.com today at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), establishing a partnership focused on expanding career opportunities and professional growth for graduates.
The MoU signing took place in conjunction with Jobstore.com’s MyCareerFair 2024, held at KLCC, where ELMU joined over 150 leading Malaysian companies and universities to offer internship, career advancement, and networking opportunities for attendees.
Datin Noraini Aripin, ELMU’s Chief Financial Officer and Director, emphasised the significance of this partnership in supporting students’ transition to the workforce. “The MoU marks a partnership that shows the support of universities for the growth of its graduates with career opportunities and career development support at the university level by creating future-ready graduates,” she said.
The event also saw other notable universities, including Universiti Islam Selangor, Kuala Lumpur University, and INTI International University and Colleges, signing similar agreements with Jobstore.com to facilitate career pathways and industry engagement.
ELMU, a newly established full-fledged university licensed in February 2024 by Malaysia’s Ministry of Higher Education, currently offers eleven academic programmes spanning Foundation to Doctorate levels. Through this collaboration, ELMU aims to foster an environment where students can seamlessly progress from education to employment, thereby reinforcing its commitment to developing industry-ready professionals.
